- Healthy People 2030A government website dedicated to using science-based objectives to improve the nation's health. Find information on health topics, leading indicators, and other tools, including the Data2020 Search.
- CDC Data and Statistics / National Center for Health StatisticsThis is the motherlode of U.S. health statistics. Check out the FastStats for quick info by topic or dig into the datasets of national surveys and data collection systems.
- Health, United StatesHealth, United States is an annual report on the health status of the nation. It contains detailed tables and charts on health status and its detriments, birth and death rates, life expectancy, health care resources, and much more. The site includes the report from 1975-Present.
- Kaiser State Health FactsState Health Facts is a project of the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation and is designed to provide free, up-to-date, and easy-to-use health data for all 50 states.

- Medical Informatics for the Hispanic Center of ExcellenceThis website is very useful for health statistics on Mexican-Americans, Hispanics, and Hispanic/Latinos. Maintained by the University of Arizona, the site pulls its data from the U.S. Census and the CDC.
- American Indian Health Reference & Data StatisticsThis site provides comprehensive statistics on American Indian Health gathered from the U.S. Census, National Center for Health Statistics, and National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.
