Writing Research Papers: A Complete Guide by Call Number: Reference LB2369 .L4 2007This book has a strong section on plagiarism. It's a good place to go if you want a deeper level of explanation and more examples than you'll find in this Research Guide.
Cite it Right: the SourceAid Guide to Citation, Research, and Avoiding Plagiarism by Call Number: Reference PN171.F56 F69 2007Another good, concise reference book for citation questions. Like Hacker, this book covers plagiarism and the research process, as well as APA, MLA, Chicago, and CSE.
Writing With Style: APA Style for Social Work by Call Number: Reference HM586 .S98 2004Not only is this a good reference source for Social Work students, but it also contains an excellent overview of plagiarism that can be useful to anyone (Chapter 2, "Ethics and Writing", pp. 7-14).
