On this page, you'll find the best starting points for all psychology research topics, places to get ideas for topics, and a list of reference books that are available in the library. When starting your research, it can be helpful to have a few databases as your go-to search places.  Databases are curated collections of scholarly sources, articles, books, conference proceedings, etc. They are great tools for helping you find authoritative and credible sources for your research. Looking at news sources or blog posts will also help you collect background information on a topic and understand how different areas of study intersect with the question at hand.
